How do I get to the festival?

What time should I arrive?
To make the most of your experience, please arrive at the beginning of the time slot stated one your ticket.
What payment types do you accept?
All ticket payments are processed via Showpass. You may also pay at the door via Showpass.
Can I get a refund on my tickets?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable between people (one-time max). More info on ticket transfers can be found here.
Will there be food available?
Yes, there will be food available for purchase.
